Tempe-based online used car retailer Carvana Co. (NYSE: CVNA) has acquired Atlanta-based Car360, a company that uses computer vision and augmented reality to interactive visualization of cars for the internet. As of Tuesday morning, Carvana has not released financial details of the deal, but as a publicly traded company it will have to release those details sometimes in future filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
